Return Policy – The Big Thinking Box Activity Pack

We hope your Brave Thinkers love every quest inside their Big Thinking Box! But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each Activity Pack includes educational materials and collectible items that can’t be repackaged once opened, we can only accept returns of unopened packs within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The pack must be in its original, sealed packaging

• Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt)

• The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

Once your return is approved and received, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll quickly send a replacement or issue a refund — no hassle, no hoops.
